Our
Creative Acrylics division has been supplying a wide variety
of custom units
made of acrylic, co-polyester, polycarbonate, styrene and
other plastics for
a wide and diversified set of applications that range from
selling watches and jewelry, sunglasses, wallets, hats,
cleaning products, pastry displayers, tobacco merchandisers,
auto showroom brochure holders, coffee shop condiments dispensers
and the list goes on.
Our
customers are fussy, and so are we. Unlike most industrial
grade suppliers, our displays have that "jewelers touch"
. This means edges can be refined to have a smooth finish
approaching the polished finish of cut glass.

At
Lawson, we use a highly advanced computer aided design
(CAD) system, SolidWorks, which allows us to create
and present virtual prototypes in 3D "edrawings",
of fully manufacture-ready designs.
These virtual prototypes can be sent to our customers
by email or posted on a secured web site where they
can be viewed from all angles for customer feedback
and approval.
Once
you accept the concept, we can quickly manufacture
physical, production quality samples on our new CNC
Router for your final approval using the same designs
generated on SolidWorks.

Our
newest addition to the operation is a new, state-of-the-art
CNC Router from AXYZ Automation. Commissioned in early
2007, this device has a cutting accuracy to within
1/1000 of an inch and of course makes exact replications
of every part 100% of the time, every time. If we
make a part for you today, you can be sure we can
make exactly the same part years from now.
Equipped
with an automatic 8-tool carousel changer, the unit
cuts, bullnoses, grooves, etches and drills with no
human intervention required. Truly remarkable technology!
