Our
company was created in 1972 to cater to the needs of the jewelry
retail industry, a very demanding market requiring high quality
products and finishes. And we have become very efficient and fast
at applying these skills.
These
days, the jewelry business isn't the only one demanding quality
and value for their money - probably your customers do too. Over
the years, we have made these skills available to other manufacturers
and helped them complete their products with our finishing touch.

The
latest addition to our capabilities is our new CNC Router
from AXYZ Automation, commissioned in February 2007.
This
device complements and brings to our manufacturing what
the addition of SolidWorks CAD software did to our design
capabilities several years ago. The output from SolidWorks,
the leading industry tool for CAD design, directly ports
to the CNC to give us precise physical reproductions of
the design.
With
this device, Lawson can produce in much higher volumes than
we could before, with 100% reproducibility and accuracy
to within 1/1000th inch.
Prototyping
too is greatly facilitated. Once we have a design, the first
prototype is a matter of minutes from production quality
reality!

Acrylic
& Plastic Fabrication
Our
acrylic shop has been in business since 1979 and it too was
created to make high quality products to display jewelry in
table top acrylics. We have installed diamond bladed edging
tools and specially ventilated plastic cutting and fabrication
shops to allow us to make clear joins free of gaps, bubbles
and impurities. At volume runs of 10 to 1,000, our efficiency
and cost competitiveness is hard to beat. Some of the applications
